What do I have to do?
Simply complete and submit the online order form to Beechwood Communications Ltd. On receipt we will confirm your order and send you your access details. We will help you set up your web pages and provide ongoing telephone and e-mail support.
How do I pay?
We accept credit card, cheque and BACS payments. On receipt of a subscription confirmation we will issue you with a VAT invoice. Payment terms are as stated on the invoice. If you change your mind you can cancel within 14 days.
I'm a Qualified Instructor Can I sign up?
Yes, Pilates instructors level 3 and 4 can subscribe add classes and venues. The benefit of PNY is that we are independent and we welcome instructors who are members of recognised Pilates organisation and training establishments.
Can I change or update my Pilates class times or venue details?
You can update your class information and venues at anytime. The web site adds all your classes and venues to powerful Pilates Class search. You need to list all the classes and venues so that you can be found on the PNY website. We recommend that you regularly update your Pilates class information.
Can I change and update the text on my web page?
Yes, your web pages are editable online through your admin area. We provide default introductory text which we recommend that you change and personalise. As a subscriber you have the facility to update the classes, venues, add your introductory text, qualifications or change contact details even change the colour your page at any time.
Can I add photos to my web page?
Yes, we supply free images for your web page however if you have 
images you would like to use you can upload them from your administration page at any time. Please ensure that you have the right to use images uploaded onto your web page and they are not copyright protected. Do not upload images that you have downloaded from the web as they are probably copyright and you are responsible for any copyright infringement.
Do I get my own web address?
Yes, every instructor gets its own specific web address (sub domain) as part of the package for example: www.plymouthpilates.pilatesnearyou.co.uk
You can use this address to market your classes offline for example having the address on your business cards, flyers or leaflets.
Can I display a custom logo on the website?
Yes, simply email us a GIF, PNG, JPEG image of your logo or alternatively post your letter head to Beechwood and we will scan you logo and add it to your web page.
I have a web address, can it point to my Pilates Near You web page?
Yes, if you already have a web address or wish to buy your own address and point it to your web page(this will incur a charge of £30.00 plus VAT) please contact Beechwood.
